Our story

We've been chasing good coffee for as long as we can remember. From early mornings in Asia to lazy afternoons across Europe, coffee has always been part of how we connect, reflect, and feel at home. At Humpback Whale, we try to bring that same feeling into every detail. We care about where the beans come from, who roasts them, and how each cup feels in your hands.

We enjoy the not-so-quiet rhythm of making coffee — the steady grind, the hiss of the machine, the focus it takes to get each shot just right. There's something meditative in it, like a daily practice. For us, working behind the bar isn't just about serving drinks — it's a way to slow down, be present, and create something meaningful in the moment.
